Growing up on a farm in Northern Ohio Jason was able to learn the importance of hard work and good family values from his parents and family. From a young age having the responsibility of raising pigs and cattle, he learned how to budget for feed bills along with the responsibility of taking care of the animals. He was always intrigued by the market and working with math, which is what led him to follow his passion to help others in pursuit of their financial success.
Beginning in 2001, Jason Myers has built and developed an exemplary professional career focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals. Jason became an Independent Investment Advisor with Signature Financial Group in 2013. He works diligently with each client to implement strategies that will assist them in attaining their personal financial plans by highlighting investment products and services that are best suited for their unique situation. Furthermore, as a fiduciary, Jason is required to manage assets in such a way that it is in the best interest of the client, as opposed to his own.
Jason believes that building strong client relationships is the most important part of his business. He relies upon excellent customer service and professionalism to help him build long-term relationships. Regardless of which “stage of life” a client may find themselves, Jason will work with them to build a financial security plan that best fits their individual goals. Once the custom-tailored financial plan is in place, Jason continues to work with the client to monitor the plan, enabling the client to feel comfortable that they are on the path to success!
Jason earned his Finance Degree from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. He holds Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. Jason takes continuous learning and education seriously to keep up to date with constantly changing federal regulations and to service his clients to the best of his ability. He has AAMS, AIF, and CPFA certifications. He became a member of the Million Dollar Round Table in 2018 and qualified for the Court of the Table in 2022.
Outside of finance, Jason enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, enjoys the outdoors and hitting the roads on his motorcycle. Jason also has daily dog park visits with his Red Doberman Lily.
